Another day of limited trading Wednesday. Investors seemed content to ride out the final two sessions of September and move in the fourth quarter of 2005. The Dow Jones industrial average posted its third consecutive gain, up 16.88 points to 10,473.09. But, the Nasdaq composite index fell 2.02 points to 2,115.40.
