NEW YORK, Aug 21 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks fell on Monday as Iran's vow to move forward with its nuclear program sent oil prices higher and home improvement chain Lowe's Cos. Inc.'s lowered outlook and quarterly earnings miss disappointed.
