Several traffic tie-ups were reported Friday after crashes on rain-slicked roads in Berks County. The eastbound lanes of Route 422 at East Neversink Road in Exeter Township for about a half-hour after a car slammed into the rear of a sport utility vehicle just east of the exit shortly after noon.
