NEW YORK----Fitch Ratings assigns an 'A+' rating to the following Hillsborough County, Florida's bond issuances: $23.8 million fourth cent tourist development tax refunding revenue bonds, series 2006; $27 million fifth cent tourist development tax refunding revenue bonds, series 2006A; $7.2 million fifth cent tourist development tax improvement bonds, series 2006B.
