    With summer fast approaching it is time to start locking up cars and hiding away valuables. Ulladulla Duty Officer, Inspector Kevin McNeil advised people to act with caution during summer after a young couple had valuables stolen from their car at an Ulladulla car park.

    THE country's roads have been clogged by an extra 1.4 million vehicles in the past four years, figures released today showed. The Australian Bureau of Statistics said there were now 13.9 million vehicles on the nation's roads, up from 12.5 million since its last vehicle census in 2001.

    KARACHI: A least three people were killed and 21 hurt in a car bomb blast at PIDC area in Karachi. The explosion, which occurred at 08:40 PST at parking lot of a foreign fast food outlet, situated at the ground floor of PIDC damaged nearby buildings and several cars.
