Bob Fuller, owner of Fuller's Car Wash and Fast Lube near the well-traveled Route 38-Kirk Road intersection, has one hope about upcoming roadwork. "Maybe the road construction will get all those cars dirty and we'll get rich," Fuller, 38, said with a laugh.
