This is one of the smallest towns in Kansas, a rural community with only 35 residents, a dozen houses and no downtown businesses. But it's the name that counts. That's what attracted Mattel Inc., the world's largest toy manufacturer, to sponsor an event here Sunday celebrating American car culture and its own Hot Wheels cars.
