Man indicted in parts-buying scam (The News & Advance)
A Rustburg man has been indicted on charges he cheated Advance Auto Parts out of $1.5 million over five years. Jessie Arthur Mixon Jr., 56, was indicted by a federal grand jury Thursday on one count of wire fraud and two counts each of mail fraud and money laundering.
