Aug. 31 (Bloomberg) -- Japan's industrial production unexpectedly fell from a record as companies brace for a slowdown in overseas demand. Factory output dropped a seasonally adjusted 0.9 percent in July from a month earlier, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry said in Tokyo today.
