PEORIA (AP) - Tom Butts has 10W40 oil in his blood. The retired 67-year-old environmental engineer has a large collection of oil containers, specializing in quart cans and 1- to 4-ounce handy oilers. The latter are household oil products similar to "3 in 1 Oil."
