GLENVIEW, Ill. - Illinois Tool Works acquired Ark-Les Corp., a maker of electronic controls, in a deal announced Monday. Glenview, Ill.-based Illinois Tool Works _ which makes automotive parts, construction supplies and foodservice equipment _ did not disclose terms of the transaction.
